Multi-Family Homes
A multi-family home is a single building that's set up to accomodate more than one household living separately.
This can range from a duplex (two dwellings) to a quadruplex (four dwellings). Each unit in a multi-family home has a different address, their own kitchens and bathrooms, and typically their own entrances. Those living in multi-family homes may have less privacy than those living in single-family homes because of shared walls. This type of home is ideal for investors and those who want to be close to others but retain their privacy (i.e. multi-generational families).
