Condominiums
(or condos) are individual units in a community.
These units can be part of a building (i.e. high rise) or detached. Condo owners own the interior of their unit and jointly own shared common areas, such as pools, garages, elevators, gyms, and hallways. Condos appeal to those looking for a lower maintenance living, access to a variety of amenities, and opportunities to be social with neighbors.
